Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ehjoz app and website (the “Service”), operated by Ehjoz in Morocco. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. The Service

Ehjoz is a booking platform that connects clients with venues (barbers, salons, clinics) and their staff. Ehjoz facilitates discovery and appointment booking; the beauty and wellness services themselves are provided by independent venues, not by Ehjoz.

3. Bookings, cancellations & no-shows

• When you book, you agree to attend at the chosen time, and the venue agrees to provide the selected service.
• Venues may set their own cancellation, rescheduling and no-show policies, which apply to your booking.
• Repeated no-shows or abuse may lead to restrictions on your account.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are set by each venue and shown in Moroccan Dirham (MAD). Unless stated otherwise in the app, payment for services is arranged directly between the client and the venue. You are responsible for any amounts due for services you book.

5. Content & reviews

You are responsible for content you submit, including reviews, ratings, photos and business details. Content must be accurate, lawful and respectful. You grant Ehjoz a licence to host and display your content within the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
• Do not post false, offensive, misleading or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

7. Intellectual property

The Ehjoz name, logo, app and website are owned by Ehjoz and protected by law. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our permission.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is”. Ehjoz does not guarantee the quality, safety or outcome of services provided by venues, and is not a party to the agreement between clients and venues. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ehjoz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, and any dispute is subject to the competent Moroccan courts.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service means you accept the changes.

الشروط والأحكام

تحكم هذه الشروط والأحكام («الشروط») استخدامك لتطبيق وموقع إحجز («الخدمة»)، الذي يُشغّله إحجز في المغرب. بإنشائك حسابًا أو استخدامك للخدمة فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق عليها، فيُرجى عدم استخدام الخدمة.

١. الأهلية والحسابات

يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٦ عامًا على الأقل وأن تكون قادرًا على إبرام اتفاق ملزم. أنت مسؤول عن دقّة معلوماتك وعن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات دخولك، وعن كل نشاط يتم عبر حسابك.

٢. الخدمة

إحجز منصّة حجز تربط العملاء بـالأماكن (حلاقون، صالونات، عيادات) وموظفيها. يسهّل إحجز الاكتشاف وحجز المواعيد؛ أما خدمات الجمال والعناية نفسها فتقدّمها أماكن مستقلة وليست إحجز.

٣. الحجوزات والإلغاء والتخلّف عن الحضور

• عند الحجز، تلتزم بالحضور في الوقت المحدد، ويلتزم المكان بتقديم الخدمة المختارة.
• قد تضع الأماكن سياساتها الخاصة بالإلغاء وإعادة الجدولة والتخلّف عن الحضور، وتنطبق على حجزك.
• قد يؤدي التخلّف المتكرر عن الحضور أو إساءة الاستخدام إلى فرض قيود على حسابك.

٤. الأسعار والدفع

تحدّد كل جهة أسعارها وتُعرض بالدرهم المغربي. ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك في التطبيق، يتم الدفع مقابل الخدمات مباشرةً بين العميل والمكان. وأنت مسؤول عن أي مبالغ مستحقة عن الخدمات التي تحجزها.

٥. المحتوى والتقييمات

أنت مسؤول عن المحتوى الذي ترسله، بما في ذلك المراجعات والتقييمات والصور وبيانات النشاط. يجب أن يكون المحتوى دقيقًا وقانونيًا ومحترمًا. تمنح إحجز ترخيصًا لاستضافة محتواك وعرضه ضمن الخدمة. ويجوز لنا إزالة أي محتوى يخالف هذه الشروط.

٦. الاستخدام المقبول

• لا تستخدم الخدمة لأغراض غير قانونية أو احتيالية أو ضارة.
• لا تنشر محتوى كاذبًا أو مسيئًا أو مضلّلًا أو منتهكًا للحقوق.
• لا تحاول تعطيل الخدمة أو إجراء هندسة عكسية لها أو الوصول إليها دون إذن.

٧. الملكية الفكرية

اسم إحجز وشعاره وتطبيقه وموقعه مملوكة لإحجز ومحمية بموجب القانون. لا يجوز نسخها أو تعديلها أو توزيعها دون إذننا.

٨. إخلاء المسؤولية والمسؤولية القانونية

تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي». لا يضمن إحجز جودة أو سلامة أو نتيجة الخدمات التي تقدّمها الأماكن، وليس طرفًا في الاتفاق بين العملاء والأماكن. وإلى أقصى حدٍّ يسمح به القانون، لا يتحمّل إحجز مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية الناشئة عن استخدامك للخدمة.

٩. إنهاء الحساب

يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة وحذف حسابك في أي وقت. ويجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات التي تخالف هذه الشروط أو تسيء استخدام الخدمة.

١٠. القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة المغربية، ويخضع أي نزاع لاختصاص المحاكم المغربية المختصة.

١١. التعديلات

قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط من حين لآخر. ستُنشر النسخة المُحدّثة هنا بتاريخ «آخر تحديث» جديد. واستمرارك في استخدام الخدمة يعني قبولك للتعديلات.
