Privacy Policy

Ehjoz (“Ehjoz”, “we”, “us”) provides a mobile and web platform that connects clients with barbers, salons, clinics and their teams in Morocco. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Ehjoz you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — your name, phone number, email address and password when you sign up.
• Business information — for owners and staff: business name, category, team size, services, prices, working hours and photos.
• Bookings & reviews — appointments you make or receive, their status, and ratings or reviews you leave.
• Location — your city or approximate location to show nearby venues, and a venue’s address you choose to publish.
• Device & usage data — device type, app version, language, and basic analytics needed to run and improve the service.

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and let you book or receive appointments.
• To connect clients with the venues and staff they book.
• To send booking confirmations, reminders and important service notifications.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the app.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed:

• With venues and staff you book with, so they can serve your appointment.
• With service providers that host and power the app (for example Google Firebase for hosting, database, authentication and notifications), under agreements that protect your data.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of users and the public.

4. Storage & security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Google Firebase / Google Cloud). We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

5. Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@e-hjoz.com.

7. Children

Ehjoz is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. Significant changes may be communicated in the app.

يوفّر إحجز («إحجز»، «نحن») منصّة على الهاتف والويب تربط العملاء بالحلاقين والصالونات والعيادات وفرقها في المغرب. توضّح سياسة الخصوصية هذه البيانات الشخصية التي نجمعها، وكيفية استخدامها، والخيارات المتاحة لك. باستخدامك إحجز فإنك توافق على هذه السياسة.

١. البيانات التي نجمعها

• معلومات الحساب — الاسم ورقم الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور عند التسجيل.
• معلومات النشاط — للمُلّاك والموظفين: اسم النشاط، الفئة، حجم الفريق، الخدمات، الأسعار، ساعات العمل والصور.
• الحجوزات والتقييمات — المواعيد التي تحجزها أو تستقبلها، وحالتها، والتقييمات أو المراجعات التي تتركها.
• الموقع — مدينتك أو موقعك التقريبي لعرض الأماكن القريبة، وعنوان النشاط الذي تختار نشره.
• بيانات الجهاز والاستخدام — نوع الجهاز وإصدار التطبيق واللغة وبيانات تحليلية أساسية لازمة لتشغيل الخدمة وتحسينها.

٢. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

• لإنشاء حسابك وإدارته وتمكينك من حجز المواعيد أو استقبالها.
• لربط العملاء بالأماكن والموظفين الذين يحجزون لديهم.
• لإرسال تأكيدات الحجز والتذكيرات والإشعارات المهمة الخاصة بالخدمة.
• لتشغيل التطبيق وتأمينه ومعالجة الأعطال وتحسينه.
• للامتثال للالتزامات القانونية ومنع الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام.

٣. مشاركة بياناتك

نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. نشاركها فقط عند الحاجة:

• مع الأماكن والموظفين الذين تحجز لديهم، لتقديم موعدك.
• مع مزوّدي الخدمات الذين يستضيفون التطبيق ويشغّلونه (مثل Google Firebase للاستضافة وقاعدة البيانات والمصادقة والإشعارات)، بموجب اتفاقيات تحمي بياناتك.
• عند طلب القانون، أو لحماية حقوق وسلامة وأمن المستخدمين والعامة.

٤. التخزين والأمان

تُخزَّن بياناتك على بنية سحابية آمنة (Google Firebase / Google Cloud). نستخدم تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة — منها التشفير أثناء النقل وضوابط الوصول — لحمايتها. لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة ١٠٠٪، لكننا نعمل على الحفاظ على أمان معلوماتك.

٥. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ بمعلوماتك طالما كان حسابك نشطًا وبالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة والوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية وحل النزاعات وتطبيق اتفاقياتنا. يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك في أي وقت.

٦. حقوقك

يمكنك طلب الاطّلاع على بياناتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، كما يمكنك الاعتراض على بعض عمليات المعالجة أو تقييدها. لممارسة هذه الحقوق، تواصل معنا على hello@e-hjoz.com.

٧. الأطفال

إحجز غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن ١٦ عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. إذا اعتقدت أن طفلًا قدّم لنا معلومات، يُرجى التواصل معنا وسنقوم بحذفها.

٨. تعديلات هذه السياسة

قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من حين لآخر. سننشر النسخة الجديدة هنا ونُحدّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث». وقد نُبلغك بالتغييرات الجوهرية داخل التطبيق.
